Matriarchal Wisdom, Spirit-Aligned Vision, Land Stewardship, and the Future of Regenerative Healing Spaces

In this illuminating and personal talk, Millicent Kasal shares her journey of land acquisition and stewardship through the lens of oracle leadership—a practice rooted in ancestral listening, visionary practice, and radical trust in synchronicity. Blending personal storytelling with insights from regenerative leadership, Indigenous ecological wisdom, and contemporary thought leaders, Millicent explores how visions, dreams, and spiritual guidance can shape tangible action in the physical world.

Through her experience developing a regenerative retreat space in Minnesota, she reflects on the intersection of matriarchal wisdom traditions, ecological stewardship, and community healing. The talk will explore how reconnecting to land, ancestors, and spiritual practice can inform leadership models that move beyond extractive systems toward regenerative futures.

Participants will hear about both the mystical and practical dimensions of this work—from visions and ancestral guidance to grants, community partnerships, and the hands-on labor of tending land, bees, forests, and soil.

Grounded in her doctoral studies in Visionary Practice and Regenerative Leadership, this conversation invites participants to imagine a future where healing spaces are not confined to buildings, but are cultivated in living landscapes—where humans remember their role as stewards, co-creators, and participants in a sentient Earth community.

This session offers an invitation to reconsider leadership itself:

What becomes possible when vision is aligned with spirit, when land becomes teacher, and when regeneration becomes the guiding principle for how we build the future?
