After the foray, we’ll gather at Powderhorn park to celebrate the day’s discoveries. This relaxed community BBQ is a chance to cook up some of the mushrooms we’ve found, share food, and connect with fellow foragers and festival-goers. As we enjoy our findings, we also plan to offer some talks, make some mushroom logs to take home, and listen to some psychedelic music hosted by local artists. Come hungry, bring something to share if you’d like, and enjoy a laid-back evening of good food, conversation, and community.
